The posters feature the main characters from the House of Targaryen, standing in front of the dragon symbol of the house, with the words “Fire and Blood” written.

The new posters show Emma D’Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, Paddy Considine as King Viserys Targaryen, Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Eve Best as Rhaenys Targaryen, Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower, Olivia Cooke as Ott’s daughter, Fabien Frankel as Dornish warrior Ser Criston Cole, Steve Toussaint as Lord Corlys Velaryon, and Sonoya Mizuna as Mysaria.

What will be the story of the House of the Dragon?

The full-length trailer earlier revealed that the story of Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon will revolve around the succession battle to the Iron Throne among the multiple contenders within the House of Targaryen.

The conflict mainly boils down between the primary heirs to the throne – Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Prince Daemon Targaryen – the daughter and brother of King Viserys Targaryen respectively.
