Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra is one of the most awaited Indian films, which will finally release next week. For security issues, a grand pre-release event was organized in Hyderabad but had to be canceled. However, a presser was later organized with the cast of Brahmastra, SS Rajamouli, Jr. NTR, and others. A lot of details about this film were shared in this presser.

Nagarjuna Akkineni, who plays the role of Nandi Astra in the film, shared details about the release size of this film. Nagarjuna stated that Brahmastra would be one of the most comprehensive releases for an Indian Film. Star Studios verified that the film will release on 8000 screens throughout the world, 5000 screens in India, and 3000 screens overseas.

The makers are trying their best to make this film easily accessible to everyone in the world. Only a few films from the south have had a pan-India release which has a release size of over 8000 screens. Brahmastra is supposed to have the most comprehensive release for a Hindi language film, and the stakes are, therefore, really high. The director, Ayan Mukerji, has been working on the project for roughly a decade. But because of the few final touches left on the film, he skipped the event in Hyderabad.

Brahmastra is supposed to be a passion project. It is one of the most expensive Indian films to date. Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva involves Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Mouni Roy, and a cameo of Shah Rukh Khan. The film is supposed to release on 9th September, although preview screenings will begin on Thursday.
